Shipping policy

Every Merak Atelier piece is made to order. Once your order is placed, the fabric is cut, the embroidery worked, and the finishing done by hand — a sequence that cannot be rushed without showing in the final garment. What you receive was made for you, not pulled from a shelf.

Delivery Timelines

Within Pakistan: 10–12 working days
International: 2–3 weeks

Timelines begin from the date your order is confirmed, not the date it is dispatched, and cover both production and delivery. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. International orders take longer as they pass through customs clearance in the destination country, which is outside our control. During festive periods such as Eid and wedding season, production volumes are higher and timelines may extend slightly — we will always keep you informed.

Shipping Charges

Delivery is free of charge within Pakistan.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, surcharges or clearance fees. These depend on your country of delivery, the value of your order, and local customs regulations. As customs policies vary by country, Merak Atelier has no control over these charges and cannot calculate them in advance. Any such charges are payable by the customer and must be settled for the package to clear customs.

Due to certain restrictions, we are unable to deliver to India.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available within Pakistan for orders up to Rs. 25,000. Payment is collected at the shipping address at the time of delivery. Orders above Rs. 25,000 must be prepaid.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your courier details and tracking number. Please check your junk or spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox.

Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are complete and accurate at checkout. Address details can be amended within 72 hours of placing your order, in line with our Cancellation Policy.

Our couriers will attempt delivery and contact you by phone. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect, the recipient is unreachable, or a Cash on Delivery order is refused at the door, the parcel will be returned to us. As all pieces are made to order, we are unable to offer a refund in these circumstances, and any re-delivery will be chargeable.
