Cancellation Policy

Every Merak Atelier piece is made to order, and production begins shortly after your order is confirmed. Our cancellation terms reflect this.

Cancelling your order

Orders can be cancelled within 72 hours of purchase, provided the piece has not yet entered production. To request a cancellation, email hello@merakatelier.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92 329 4579699 with your order number as early as possible.

Once fabric has been cut and production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled. This is because the piece is made individually for you and cannot be returned to stock or offered to another customer.

Refunds on cancelled orders

Where a prepaid order is cancelled within the permitted window, the full amount will be reversed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take 7–10 working days to appear.

Changes rather than cancellation

If you would like to amend your size, colour or delivery address rather than cancel, changes can also be requested within 72 hours of purchase. See our Exchange & Refund Policy for details.

Cancellations by Merak Atelier

We reserve the right to cancel an order in certain circumstances, including where a fabric or piece is no longer available, a pricing or listing error has occurred, payment is declined by your bank or payment gateway, or an order appears fraudulent or does not meet our order terms.

Where we cancel an order, you will be notified at the email address or phone number provided, and any amount paid will be refunded in full.

Cash on Delivery orders

Cash on Delivery orders are subject to the same 72-hour cancellation window. Repeatedly refusing delivery of Cash on Delivery orders may result in Cash on Delivery being withdrawn as a payment option for future orders.
