Every Merak Atelier piece is made to order and produced individually for you. For this reason, we are unable to accept exchanges based on preference — including size, colour or change of mind. We ask that you review our size guide and product details carefully before confirming your order.

When an exchange applies

An exchange or store credit is offered only where a defective or incorrect item has been delivered. To be eligible, the piece must be unused and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact, and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests received after this window cannot be entertained.

How to report an issue

Email hello@merakatelier.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92 329 4579699 within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Our team will review and respond within two working days.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange collection of the piece. Once received and inspected, a replacement will be produced and dispatched within 10–12 working days, in line with our standard production time.

Where a replacement cannot be produced — for example, if the fabric is no longer available — we will offer store credit or, at our discretion, a refund of the amount paid.

Refunds

As all pieces are made to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing, or any other matter of preference.

Sale items

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange, unless an incorrect or defective piece has been delivered.

International orders

International orders are not eligible for exchange or refund, as return shipping and customs clearance cannot be reasonably arranged.

Where an international customer has placed an order for delivery to a recipient in Pakistan, the recipient must inspect the parcel and report any defect within 48 hours of delivery. Beyond this period, Merak Atelier accepts no responsibility for exchanges, refunds, chargebacks or compensation.

Order changes

Changes to your order — including size, colour or delivery address — can only be requested within 72 hours of purchase, as pieces enter production shortly after confirmation.
