EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY:

• Since all “Merak ateliar” outfits are made to order, we do not offer exchanges based on customer preference (e.g., size, color, or style).
• An exchange or store credit will only be provided in the rare case that a defective or incorrect item has been delivered. This will be applicable only if the product is unused, undamaged, and reported within 48 hours of receipt. Requests made after this time will not be entertained.
• We do not offer refunds.
• For international orders delivered within Pakistan, the recipient must check and report any issues within 48 hours of delivery. Beyond this period, Merak ateliar will not be responsible for exchanges, refunds, chargebacks, or compensation.
• For international orders, we do not offer exchanges or refunds.
• For products on Sale we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order.
• Exchange Policy is only liable within 10 working days after the goods are delivered.

NOTE:

Order changes can only be made within 72 hours of purchase.

We encourage customers to carefully select outfits, sizes, and colors before confirming their orders to avoid inconvenience later.

Exchange time of any order will be 10 days.
