Delivery Policy
SHIPPING POLICY:
- Local Orders (Pret): 8-10 working days for delivery
- Luxury Pret: 2-3 weeks
- International Orders (Pret & Luxury Pret): 2-3 weeks for delivery
- Studio Orders: 2 weeks
- Wholesale Orders: 4 – 5 weeks
SHIPMENT CHARGES:
- Free delivery with in pakistan
- All international orders may be subject to taxes, duties, surcharges, or additional fees (if applicable).
- These charges depend on multiple factors including country of delivery, item value, and local customs policies. Since customs policies vary, “MERAK ATELIER” has no control over these costs and cannot predict them in advance.
- Any additional charges must be paid by the customer in order for the package to clear customs.
Couriers:
- Within Pakistan: Trax.
- Outside Pakistan: DHL & SKYNET.
We endeavor to dispatch the order as soon as possible and are always trying to reduce the delivery times.
For Cash on Delivery (or COD) orders payment will be collected from shipping address.
Due to certain restrictions, we are unable to provide deliveries in India.
- Order Tracking:
On dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your courier information and tracking number, be sure to check Junk/Spam folder as well.
- Customs and Duties:
Your order may be required to pay customs and import duties upon arrival of the goods into your country. MERAK is not responsible for any taxes or duties the customs office may charge you, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs.
